Where are you located?
We are located at 500 Schrock Road in Columbus, Ohio. Be careful though, as we are on the Worthington side of Schrock Road, just down the road from the Budweiser Brewery. The nearest intersection is Huntley Road.
I'm interested in a Columbus Public School bid set, what do I need to do?
It depends on where you're located. If you are within the Columbus Metro area, you can stop by with a deposit check for the specified amount made payable to Columbus Public Schools. If you are outside Columbus or wish to have your bid set(s) shipped to you, you can fax us a copy of the deposit check along with a FedEx, UPS, or DHL number and the address where you would like it shipped. Our fax number is 614-885-2823. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. Also, the deposit checks are refundable. Simply ship or deliver your COMPLETE school set back to our 500 Schrock Road address. We will check the set to make sure all parts of the set are present and stapled in original order, and then we will mail your deposit check back to you.
How do I get a school set bid list?
You can either call our office at 614-885-6894 and ask for Bobby, who will gladly print and fax a copy to you or you can visit our website at www.franklinimaging.com. There you can browse our DFS Public Planroom on the left hand side of the homepage. A new page will appear with all the open bids at the current time with a copy of the plans and a bidders list the we update every afternoon. You can then print it from there.
How can I get pricing for printing?

I have questions about your website and online ordering, who can help me?
Call our office at 614-885-6894 and specify that you need to order plans online. We will forward your call to our Digital department and they will be able to take your order.
I need service for my printer, who can help me?
Call our office at 614-885-6894 and indicate you need service for your printer. If our service technicians are available we will forward your call to them and they will set up an appointment to come and look at your machine. If they are not in the building, leave a detailed message including machine type, the problem encountered, your name, and a phone number at which you can be reached. They will be given the message when they return and will call you as soon as they can.
